I am a Certified Professional Coach who not only guides others through their healing journeys but has also traversed my own path of discovery and growth. My coaching practice is deeply rooted in empathy and understanding, built from personal experience and extensive professional training.

My journey into the world of coaching began with my training under Dr. Barbara Steffens in APSATS's Multidimensional Partner Trauma Model, a pioneering approach that acknowledges the complex layers of trauma experienced by partners of sex addicts. This foundational training equipped me with the tools to address the intricate dynamics of betrayal trauma with sensitivity and depth.

Further enriching my expertise, I completed the Door of Hope Group Facilitator Training under the guidance of Donna Dixon. This experience honed my skills in creating safe, supportive spaces for individuals to share, heal, and grow together. Group facilitation has become a cornerstone of my practice, offering a communal path to healing that complements individual coaching.

For three transformative years, I trained under Kathy Reynolds in the Couple-Centered Recovery® model. This advanced training specialized me in supporting partners of sex addicts, specifically in preparation for therapeutic disclosures. My approach is centered on fostering understanding, rebuilding trust, and navigating the delicate process of recovery together as a couple.

In my coaching practice, I blend these specialized training experiences with my personal journey to offer a comprehensive, empathetic, and empowering support system.
