Transformation doesn’t happen in a weekend. A powerful retreat can change the way you see yourself. But what happens when you go home? The real test begins when you’re back in your normal environment—under pressure, at work, in your marriage, with your children, alone with your thoughts, and confronted by the patterns that used to run your life.
REFORGED is designed around that reality. Rather than compressing everything into one intensive experience and hoping the transformation sticks, REFORGED creates an 18-month process in which you repeatedly step out of your ordinary environment, do deep work, return home, practice what you’ve learned, and come back to the brotherhood to go deeper.
Five private residential retreats: Each retreat provides concentrated time for deep personal work, skill development, connection, and formation.
Live work between retreats: The work doesn’t stop when you leave. Weekly live coaching groups—and skills classes during the early phases—help you translate what you’re learning into everyday life.
A deliberately small cohort: No revolving door. No anonymous crowd. The cohort is limited to eight men.
An 18-month arc: Enough time for the work to move beyond insight and into practice, repetition, integration, and identity.
The integration is part of the program. Because relapse doesn’t usually happen in the retreat room. It happens later—when life gets stressful, when you’re disappointed, when you’re lonely, when you’re angry, when nobody is watching. That’s why REFORGED doesn’t treat the retreat as the finish line. Each retreat is followed by structured online work designed to help you take what happened in the room and practice it in real life. You’ll have the opportunity to return to the brotherhood with real experiences, real challenges, real victories, and real places where you still need to grow.
The goal is not to create an extraordinary experience that you remember. The goal is to create a different way of living that you don’t have to remember to do.
Built for the man who is ready to give everything to the work. REFORGED isn’t defined by how many times you’ve tried to recover. It’s defined by your willingness to go all in.
You may be early in your recovery and ready to build something different from the beginning. You may have spent years in therapy, groups, accountability, and other recovery programs and still feel like something is missing. You may have achieved sobriety but know that sobriety alone hasn’t answered the deeper question of who you are becoming. You may be leaving residential treatment and need a level of support that doesn’t disappear when you walk out the door. Or you may be a high-performing executive, business owner, or professional who needs an exceptionally private experience without stepping away from your work, family, and responsibilities for months at a time.
You don’t have to disappear from your life to do deep work. For some men, residential treatment is necessary. For others, stepping away from work, family, and community for 30–90 days simply isn’t realistic. REFORGED offers another possibility. The residential retreats are private, scheduled experiences rather than a prolonged disappearance from your life. The majority of the work happens through live online programming that allows you to remain engaged with your family, career, and responsibilities while still receiving a sustained level of support.
That makes REFORGED particularly well suited to men who need discretion, including executives, business owners, professionals, and other men whose responsibilities make extended residential treatment difficult. The depth comes to you without requiring you to leave your entire life behind.
Wherever you are starting, the requirement is the same: willingness. You don’t have to be there yet. You have to be willing to become.
The application for REFORGED can be found at the bottom of this webpage.
Because the cohort is intentionally small, admission is selective. REFORGED is intentionally selective because the brotherhood matters. The goal is not to fill eight seats. The goal is to build a cohort of men who are willing to be known, challenged, accountable, honest, and fully engaged in the work.
The application process is designed to determine whether REFORGED is the right fit for you—and whether you’re ready to fully engage in the work.
You don’t have to have everything figured out. You don’t have to have a perfect recovery history. You don’t have to already be the man you’re trying to become. You have to be willing.
What you’re actually buying: not a weekend. Not a month. Not another weekly appointment. REFORGED provides more than 200 hours of direct facilitated contact across 18 months. That includes five residential retreats (110+ hours of in-person work), weekly live group work with ongoing coaching and accountability, additional weekly live skills classes during the early phases, a permanent cohort, physical health assessment and tracking, and food and lodging during residential retreats. The result is an extended transformation infrastructure rather than a single intervention.
Program investment: $40,000 — an investment in the man you’re becoming.
Pay in full: $38,000
Payment plans are available, including:
- $12,000 at enrollment
- $4,000 in each of the four subsequent retreat months
- $1,000 monthly payments between retreats
The program is structured so that the investment is paid in full by the final retreat.
For many men, the question isn’t whether they have already spent money trying to recover. They have. The question is whether those investments have created a coherent path forward. REFORGED brings the work together over 18 months, rather than asking you to keep assembling pieces—a therapist here, a workshop there, another group, another book, another intervention—without a larger structure holding it all together. This is the infrastructure for becoming a different man.
The Whole Man. Four Dimensions. One Integrated Life.
Clinically Serious. Deeply Human.
