Having trained under Dr. Barbara Steffens in the APSATS Multi-dimensional Partner Trauma Model, I am equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to help my clients heal from the devastation of betrayal trauma. When your world blows up, I can help you identify what you need to clarify your boundaries and important emotional requests.

I have also completed the “Door of Hope Peer Facilitator Training” under Donna Dixon, acquiring the skills necessary to facilitate partner’s support groups. We were created for connection, and healing is best done in the context of community. Having a safe place to bring ALL of your raw emotions is pivotal to your healing process, and we all need a place where we feel seen, heard.

I have worked and trained under Dr. Jake Porter for over five years, specifically in his Couple-Center Recovery Model, and specialize in supporting partners of sex addicts in preparation for therapeutic disclosures. Knowing your reality is one of the first steps in helping you gain a sense of safety and stability. You have lived sometimes for many years, not knowing your partner had a secret life. I want to help get answers to all the unanswered questions you have swimming around in your mind.

In addition to my role as a Relational Recovery Coach, I’m also the Intensive Coordinator, assisting clients from all over the country to prepare for their unique intensive experience.
