With a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Manitoba, I bring over six years of experience as an ICF Associate Certified Coach and APSATS Certified Partner Coach. As a Certified Disclosure Guide Coach, I know that establishing a shared reality is the essential foundation for true healing.

I’m deeply passionate about supporting couples through the Couples-Centered Recovery model and the Early Recovery Couples Empathy Model (ERCEM). These approaches help create safety, rebuild trust, and develop new personal and relational skills—even in the most difficult circumstances.

I believe pain can be an invitation to grow—and a chance to build a new relationship dynamic that you can both be proud of. In a safe and supportive environment, you can process your thoughts and emotions, gain new insights, practice fresh skills, and move forward with greater integrity.
