After 18 years in banking and oil & gas, Kristen joined Daring Ventures in 2024 as Chief Operations Officer. Her days are dynamic and hands-on: answering client calls, welcoming and onboarding new team members for success, overseeing the administrative team, and managing the Magnolia House.

What she loves most is knowing that the work at Daring Ventures is deeply shared. Every effort of every team member is focused on helping individuals and couples find their true north and regain their footing amid chaos.

When she’s not supporting the team or clients, Kristen treasures watching her daughters MJ and Lottie grow—like learning how to snap, mastering cartwheels, reading and writing books like daddy, and generally “doing it myself”—while stealing all the snuggles she can. In her free time with her husband Jake, she eats and sleeps and also steals all the snuggles she can.
